What A Session Looks Like

  • Every class is coached and structured. You’re never left wondering what to do.

  • Warm-Up
    Mobility, skipping, shadowboxing, and light conditioning.

  • Skill Development
    Technical drilling focused on punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and defensive movement.

  • Pad & Bag Work
    Controlled intensity rounds to build timing and fitness.

  • Optional Controlled Sparring
    For those who want to progress further (Intermediate & Advanced Only - never forced).

  • You’ll leave feeling worked — and proud.

FAQs

Do I need to be fit first?
No. All fitness levels can start, trust us! Fitness improves as you train.

Is it beginner friendly?
Absolutely. Most members start with no experience.

Do I have to spar?
No. Sparring is optional and only introduced when you’re ready.

What should I bring?
Comfortable training clothes and a water bottle. We’ll guide you from there. We have plenty of communal gear for you to use!
