Our Personal Training at Art Of Training is designed for people who want more individual attention and a program tailored specifically to their goals. Sessions can focus on fitness, strength and conditioning, or private martial arts coaching in Muay Thai or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Whether you're looking to improve your overall fitness, lose weight, build strength, or develop your martial arts skills faster, our coaches will work with you to create a plan that suits your needs.
During each session, your coach will guide you through structured training with a strong focus on proper technique, progression and accountability. Fitness sessions may include strength training, conditioning and mobility work, while private martial arts sessions allow you to develop striking, grappling and technical skills in a focused one-on-one environment.
Personal training is a great option for beginners who want extra guidance getting started, as well as experienced members looking to sharpen specific skills or accelerate their progress. Our goal is to help you train with purpose, stay consistent and achieve results that carry over both on and off the mats.
