​At Art Of Training, we believe training should build more than fitness.

Our gym brings together Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Strength & Conditioning under one roof, giving members the opportunity to develop real skills while improving their health and performance.

Whether someone walks through our doors for the first time or has years of training experience, the goal is the same, consistent progress in a supportive environment.

Every program at Art Of Training is built around structured coaching, skill development, and long-term progression. Members learn proper technique, understand why they are training a certain way, and develop habits that carry far beyond the gym.

From martial arts fundamentals to strength development, our focus is always on helping people improve week after week.

Art Of Training has grown into a community of members who support each other, train hard, and enjoy the process together, in a time where we are more disconnected than ever, having a community, a tribe, is incredibly important.

Our Story

Art Of Training was founded by Craig Harvey and Toni with a simple goal, to create a gym built around coaching, community, and long-term development.

What started as a small training space has grown into a thriving martial arts and fitness facility serving the Bacchus Marsh and Maddingley community. Over the years we’ve helped hundreds of people improve their fitness, learn new skills, and build confidence through training.

People walk through our doors with very different goals, experiences and backgrounds. Some want to compete, some want to get stronger, some just want to feel better and move well again. What brings it all together is the training environment, everyone working hard, supporting each other, and raising the standard of the room.

Many of our coaches actually started here as students themselves, growing through the programs and eventually stepping into coaching roles. That culture of learning, mentorship and helping the next person improve is still a big part of what makes Art Of Training what it is today.
