    Step-by-step breakdown of a position, transition, or submission.

    Repetition with coaching feedback.

  • Live Rolling (Optional Intensity)
    Controlled sparring rounds where you apply the technique.

Yes. We emphasize control, respect, tapping early, and looking after your training partners.

Is it beginner friendly?
Absolutely. Most members start with no experience.

Am I too old to start?
No. We have members in their 40's and 50's.

What do I wear?
Comfortable training clothing to start. We'll explain all about uniform options after your trial.

What should I bring?
Comfortable training clothes and a water bottle. We’ll guide you from there.
