Our infrared sauna is available to members who want to support their recovery, relaxation and overall wellbeing. After a hard training session or a busy day, spending time in the sauna can be a great way to help the body unwind and reset.
Infrared heat works by gently warming the body from the inside out, creating a comfortable environment that encourages relaxation and recovery. Many people use the sauna to help ease muscle tightness, reduce stress and support recovery after training.
At Art Of Training, the sauna is part of our focus on helping members look after their bodies both inside and outside of training. Whether you’re finishing a tough workout, recovering between sessions, or simply taking a bit of time to relax, it’s another way we support our members in staying healthy and consistent with their training.
