Our Women’s Only Muay Thai program at Art Of Training is designed to help women learn real Muay Thai skills while building confidence, fitness, and strength.
These sessions provide a supportive environment where women can train, develop their striking skills, and enjoy the benefits of Muay Thai without feeling intimidated. Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or have some experience, the classes are structured so everyone can learn and progress.
Class runs every Thursday and the program is led by Jenna Bryan, a former professional fighter with an unbeaten record who is passionate about helping women feel confident and capable through training.
